ADIB Mobile App (“App”) Notification Opt-In Campaign Terms and Conditions

  • Campaign is valid from 1st May 2024 to 31st May 2024 (“Campaign Period”) inclusive of start date and end dates.
  • To qualify for the draw customers have to opt-in App notifications and continue to be opted in till August 31, 2024.
  • Any customer who has already opted in App notifications before Campaign start date should continue to be opted in till August 31, 2024 to be eligible to enter the draw.
  • The draw will be conducted on September 2024 to select 25 winners, each winner will get 500 Exceed Reward points (equivalent to 1000AED).
  • Each qualified customer will have one entry in the draw.
  • Customers can opt in App notification by accessing the settings within the App.
  • ADIB staff are not eligible for this Campaign.
  • The winner will be selected randomly by an automated prize draw system.
  • The prize winners may be contacted by the bank at the address provided in the Banks’s records (SMS, Email, or Phone).
  • The result prize draw shall be announced on (www.adib.ae)
  • The Bank may also announce the result of the prize draw through any other means of communication at its sole discretion.
  • ​​Rewards will be exclusively paid from ADIB shareholders’ funds at ADIB’s sole discretion.
