Terms and Conditions

• This Campaign is applicable for “Rise Segment” only.
• All Customers applying during the Campaign period for a Home Finance will also get a waiver of the Processing Fees
• The Campaign will be valid from 1st October 2021 until 30th December 2021(the “Campaign Period”). Finances approved (both initial and final approval) during the Campaign period need to be also booked and finance amount disbursed up to a maximum of 30 days after the Campaign Period expiry.
• Finance approval is subject to ADIB policies and completion of all the securities & documentation as per ADIB requirements.
• ADIB reserves the right to decline any customer application at its sole discretion/
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the UAE as applied by Abu Dhabi courts to the extent that they do not contradict with the rules and principles of Shari’a as determined by the Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee of ADIB. Abu Dhabi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to solve any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions
• Financing rate of 3.25% applicable after the 3-year period.
• Rates are subject to change at bank's discretion.
