Value Added Tax (‘VAT’) shall come into effect in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) as of 1 January, 2018.

In line with the introduction of VAT, 5 % VAT will be charged on certain ADIB Banking fees and charges.

The list of impacted fees and charges includes but is not limited to the following fees and charges:

• ADIB Priority Banking
• ADIB Covered Cards
• Banking Services
